BSS Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
# Ensuring level 2 of maintenance and support
# NTT and WOT activity
# Planning network and engineering deployment
# Modifying BSS and UTRAN related database configuration according to WOT
# Ensuring good functionality of OMC-R, BSC, UTRAN related terminals
# Network optimization and performance monitoring

Requirements:
# University degree in Telecommunications/Information Technologies/Radio Engineering
# At least 2 years of experience as BSS engineer in 2G and 3G networks
# Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, UNIX
# Proficiency in Romanian, Russian and English
# Driving license
