HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, an international company is looking for candidates to fill the position of:
Brand & NPD Manager
The company:
A multinational fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) company
Responsibilities:
•To monitor market, segment and competitive performance, consumer needs and to track brand performance and brand health Key Performance Indicators, highlighting areas of opportunity and key issues in order to provide necessary inputs for developing brand objectives and strategies.
•To provide necessary input for the Annual / Strategic Plans process, further specific budget allocation by program, channel, and geography based on established strategic direction for the market. Monitor and provide timely brand evaluation against planned Key Performance Indicators and recommend corrective actions in order to ensure achievement of targets.
•To provide all necessary inputs in order to develop strategic decks for all brand programs including objectives, Consumer &Trade Marketing strategies, core activities, channel & geographic focus/prioritization, budget allocation, Key Performance Indicators setting and monitoring process. Liaise with Brand Groups and provide input to Headquarters on local communication needs and assist in Headquarters alignment with Through The Line brand communication programs, overseeing adaptation of global guidelines to suit local market needs.
•To provide necessary inputs to formulate and conduct the Agency briefings, evaluating alternative proposals and preparing final proposal in order to assist in aligning with all involved parties.
•To provide all necessary inputs for the specific brand Consumer & Trade Marketing investment, ensuring ROI, proper monitoring, monthly reporting and control over spending.
•To coordinate and manage all New Product Development/Research & Development projects, to be extended arm of all involved departments to provide quality service in order to ensure timely and necessary brand projects development and ensure effective execution of Research & Development related processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
• High standard of university degree (required);
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing/ consumer/trade marketing within FMCG industry;
• Project management skills;
• Fluent English;
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
