HR-Consulting, on behalf of its client, is looking for candidates to fill the position of: BRAND MANAGER.
THE COMPANY:
- Multinational FMCG Company.
THE PURPOSES OF WORK:
-To plan, organize and manage all marketing activities and achieve business plan objectives for brands in Moldova with the aim to develop a strong, healthy brand and a contending competitive position in the market.
FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:
- Develop/manage brand strategy and the implementation of the marketing plan and related in-market activities to achieve overall Company Strategic Plan objectives.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the consumers/customers and address them with successful new concepts/products in the process liaise with market research companies and ensure good quality consumer feedback.
- Cooperate with Sales department to develop/implement an effective competitive distribution strategy for the brand and coordinate/monitor sales promotions to improve the market position and trade/consumer penetration of the products.
- Liaise with the Finance Dept. and manage brand/product pricing strategies as well as the brand financials, i.e. Margin and product profitability in line with the approved Strategic Plan objectives.
- Liaise with the advertising agency to warrant an in-depth understanding of the brand positioning,
needs/plans and oversee effective execution of the all brand communications, including managing/monitoring the media planning and buying.
- Manage the marketing budget for the brand according to the approved annual Strategic Plan and monitor spending for all ATL and BTL activities. Gauge results post-activity to ensure learning for higher future efficiency.
- Closely monitor all competitive activities, main trends/developments in the market and the overall country economy and propose action requirements or adjustments to the marketing strategy, if any.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Education: Economical studies, preferably with a degree in Marketing.
- Experience: 2-3 years on a similar position, preferably in a Multinational FMCG Company.
- Language skills: Fluent Romanian, English and Russian.
- Computer skills: MS Office, basic knowledge of Graphic Design.
