Brand Manager

Brand Manager Responsibilities:
# Design the brand strategies and marketing plans for supervised brands
# Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, design, and operations to execute specific marketing plans for each brand
# Manage day-to-day execution of brand marketing plan
# New Product Development
# Take part in market research process, identify and track market trends
# Work out all necessary reports for management
# Manage budgets and financials related to marketing campaigns
# Manage relations with third parties – PR, Advertising, Research and Media Agencies
# Design and implement the consumer promotion activities, both local and national
# Carry out the competitive analyses across the category

Required skills:
# University degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration;
# Minimum 3 years of related experience in Brand Marketing (preferably in an international FMCG company);
# Strong analytical skills;
# Creativity, open minded, consumer focused;
# Understanding of the sales and trade-marketing disciplines;
# Enthusiastic seller of ideas;
# Very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
# Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian;
# PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
# Driving license.
