Branch manager

Due to the expansion of the company, we decided to strengthen the recruitment team. We are currently looking for a branch manager in Chisinau.

If you are dynamic person, who has experience in sales, we want you in our team.

Requirements:

Experience in managing people, (experience in Recruitment Agency will be an asset);
Fluent English and Romanian (Slovak/Czech will be an advantage);
Ready for business trips to another countries;
Driving licence B category;
High self-reliance and sense of responsibility for the task entrusted;
Ability to successfully pursue goals.

Job Description:
Building new team. Leading the staffing team of (3-5) recruiters, coordinate activity of recruiters.
Preparing and supervision the budget of your team.
Close cooperation with colleagues in other countries on daily cooperation.
Reporting to CEO´s and Superiors.
Responsibility for weekly targerts - number of sent people to Czech and Slovak factories.
