Crystal Call, Inc. is currently operating 3 branches in Slovakia (by the end of 2012 opening another one), 1 branch in Romania, 1 branch in Czech Republic (also plans to open another one), currently opening Albanian operations and within 2 months opening branch to cover Moldavian, Ukrainian and Russian markets. Right now there are 401 operator positions and over 900 trained operators.
During the existence of 8 years on the market Crystal Call, Inc. implemented over 450 complex projects in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, Austria, France, Hungary, Great Britain, Germany... to name just a few.

Job description
- general management of the whole branch
- implementation of corporate business objectives
- ensure that clear branch and individual targets are set, performance is managed and work is to a high professional standards
- monitoring of fulfillment of given tasks
- cooperation with HR department in selection of local management
- support of sales functions
- ensure all local statutory regulations are complied with
- assistance and reporting to HQ in Slovakia

Requirements to the candidate:
Skills:
- English language as must for communication with HQ in Slovakia
- Russian language optional
- PC skill /MS Office – advanced
- driving licence „B“ (own car preffered)

Personal nature:
- self independent
- communicative and advanced in inter-personal skills
- highly organized, including prioritizing
- pushing for results
- economically thinking
- high degree of resilience, initiative and flexibility





Education:
- completed University degree (management, economy, sales, finance)
Experience:
- experience in managing a business unit
- experience with leadership of bigger group of employees
Other requirements:
- willingness to travel and learn

Salary conditions, other benefits:
Salary: fixed and variable component (according to the level of fulfillment of the targets by country manager)
Other benefits: to be set according to agreement with HQ in Slovakia
