- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 15:00–00:00

Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts receivable and payable, including invoice factoring and statement preparation.
- Operate within the Alvys application.
- Efficiently organize and manage billing paperwork with accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with dispatchers and drivers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
- Experience in transportation billing and invoicing
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); Romanian/Russian is a plus
- High attention to detail and accuracy
