Responsibilities:
# Administrating and supporting billing system
# Testing and supporting new applications
# Ensuring internal development (SQL, PL/SQL, Delphi, C, C++)
Requirements:
# University degree in Information Technologies
# At least 5 years experience in IT as a developer
# Knowledge of SQL
# Knowledge of C, C++ or Java
# Knowledge of SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, DBMS Oracle would be a plus
# Computer skills (MS Office)
# Proficiency in Romanian, Russian and English
