Billing Development and Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
# Administrating and supporting billing system
# Testing and supporting new applications
# Ensuring internal development (SQL, PL/SQL, Delphi)

Requirements:
# University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
# At least 1 year experience in IT
# Knowledge of SQL
# Knowledge of C, C++ or Java
# Knowledge of SQL*Plus, PL/SQL would be a plus
# Computer skills (MS Office)
# Proficiency in Romanian, Russian and English
