Billing Development and Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Administrating and supporting billing system
- Testing and supporting new applications
- Ensuring internal development (SQL, PL/SQL, Delphi, C, C++)
Requirements:
- University degree in Information Technologies
- At least 5 years experience in IT as a developer
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of C, C++ or Java
- Knowledge of SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, DBMS Oracle would be a plus
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in Romanian, Russian and English
