Billing Development and Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Administrating and supporting billing system
• Testing and supporting new applications
• Ensuring internal development (SQL, PL/SQL, Delphi, C, C++)
Requirements:
• University degree in Information Technologies
• At least 5 years experience in IT as a developer
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of C, C++ or Java
• Knowledge of SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, DBMS Oracle would be a plus
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Proficiency in Romanian, Russian and English
