N Our Team – Billing & Invoicing Specialist (Transportation Industry)
Location: Chisinau, Moldova
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 15:00–00:00

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts receivable and payable, including invoice factoring and statement preparation.
- Organize and manage billing paperwork efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy of billing details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and company associates.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in transportation billing/invoicing is a plus (training provided for the right candidate).
- Strong customer service and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written); knowledge of English required, Romanian/Russian is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
