About Us
Kadir Khosa SRL is establishing a new barbershop, Mama Nooh Barbershop, located at Alexandru cel Bun 14, Chișinău, Moldova.

Mama Nooh Barbershop will be a modern grooming space designed for clients who value style, quality, and professionalism. Inspired by contemporary fashion trends in Moldova and across Europe, it aims to offer high-quality haircuts, beard styling, and grooming services in a clean, stylish, and welcoming environment. The focus will be on precision, modern techniques, and an exceptional customer experience, creating a place where clients, especially young professionals and trend-conscious customers, will feel confident and refreshed.

Scope of Responsibilities
The Barber provides professional grooming services and performs limited administrative and operational tasks directly related to service quality, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and daily barbershop operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional haircuts, beard trimming, and shaving services in line with barbershop standards.
• Consult clients on suitable grooming styles, services, and products.
• Ensure high service quality to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Promote additional services or products offered by the barbershop, when appropriate.
• Accurately register all services provided and payments received in the POS / cash register system.
• Manage client appointments and confirmations, when required.
• Monitor consumables (blades, disinfectants, towels, cosmetics) and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order of the workstation and shared areas at all times.
• Open and close the workstation according to the approved work schedule.
• Report daily operational issues, incidents, or irregularities to management in a timely manner.
• Upon the Owner’s authorization, coordinate with accountant, bank, local authorities, suppliers, vendors, or other stakeholders for operational matters, without decision-making or financial authority.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Professional barber or hairdresser qualification from a vocational school or training center / High school diploma.
• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards applicable in Moldova.
• Ability to use modern barber tools and equipment (clippers, trimmers, razors).
• Basic administrative skills (appointments, POS / cash register handling).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile apps or barbershop software for managing appointments, client records, and payments.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Certifications
• Certificate or diploma in Barbering / Hairdressing (required) / Vocational course (recognized nationally)
• Valid medical certificate for employment (fișa medicală).
• Hygiene and health & safety training (advantage).
• Legal authorization to work in Moldova (for non-citizens), if applicable.

Experience
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a barbershop as a barber or hairdresser.
• Experience with customer-facing service roles is beneficial.

• English A2 – Elementary

Salary & Commission
• Salary and commission structure are negotiable, depending on experience, qualification, skills, and performance.
