Job Overview:
As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's business development activities. You'll be responsible for identifying sales leads, pitch.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new contracts to an agreed annual quota.
- Present new products and services to improve existing relationships.
- Engage in cross-selling and upselling within our existing client base to enhance client retention.
- Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
- Provide expert knowledge of our services to potential clients.
- Work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities.

Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrable B2B sales experience, preferably in the auto shipping services sector.
- Strong network and a proven ability to source and secure new B2B clients.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Robust problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
