We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the initial contact and acquisition of new customers.
- Maintains the maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships worldwide.
- Converts customer loyalty concepts and develops appropriate demand analyzes.
- Provide telephone support and advice.
- Conduct the negotiation of contracts with our partners.
- You are responsible for costing and bid creation, as well as for order acceptance and processing.
- Organize the planning and control of our sales activities.
- Analyze and evaluate different customer needs.
- Develop strategies for sales optimization and initiate sales activities.
- Create presentations.
- Represents our product against customers.
- Supports us in project management.
- Supports the sales team at supplier negotiations and the appropriate selection.
- Supports us in the optimization of the purchasing processes.
Requirements:
- You have a successful, completed commercial training, preferably as a wholesale and foreign trade buyer, alternatively you have a business-oriented or technically oriented degree.
- You usually already have professional experience in sales.
- You are committed and have an independent working method.
- Brings social competence and empathy.
- You are team-oriented, flexible and motivated
- Spoken Russian and English skills and written English.
- Have a good deal of negotiation and strong communication skills.
- Have a sympathetic, sure appearance and are organized
