JOB DESCRIPTION:

The auto transport broker’s role entails handling a multi-line phone system heavy inbound calls, data entry, and problem solving while working to get vehicles scheduled for pick up and drop off. Basically it is your job to find trucks to move cars quickly and efficiently while maintaining organized systems and being able to multi-task. This is a remote position, so a laptop/PC with a high-speed Internet connection is a MUST.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Minimum 6 month experience as an auto transport broker strongly preferred;
Ability to work from 3pm to 12am;
Well-mannered on the phone;
Positive, punctual, motivated, and organized;
High level of multi-tasking, organizational and communication skills;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Excellent customer service skills and team player attitude.
