Audio visual laboratory coordinator

Key competencies required for the applicants:

• High sense of responsibility;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client orientation;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
• Computer design skills;
• Ability to handle, use and maintain the materials and technical equipment from the Laboratory;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Romanian, Russian and good command of English.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Efficient coordination of Audio Visual Laboratory overall activity;
• Maintain the Audio Visual Laboratory data base, with the use of Internet applications;
• Classify and keep record of Audio Visual Laboratory materials and equipment;
• Evaluate, document and initiate measures to satisfy the student’s necessities;
• Set links and maintain contacts with other Audio Visual Centers for studying foreign languages.
