Assistant to the management board in Moldova

HR-Consulting is a recruitment agency with more than 20 years in business. We are currently looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of the Assistant to the Management Board in Moldova
Company Overview: A great international company that will open within the automotive production, company size 500-700 employees, in a region of Moldova.
Equipment Engineer (manufacturing, a region in Moldova)
Job summary: equipment engineer that will help to set up an entire production plant in a region of Moldova, will report to Production Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• You will be responsible for set up, repairs, preventive maintenance for all machinery, tooling and installations within the facilities
• Strong co-operation with the international equipment departments in Mexico, China, Tunisia, Poland
• Development of the equipment team in Moldova in terms of processes, structures, training of employees
• Guidance, training, supervision of technician for daily maintenance, changeovers and repairs
• Prepare and ensure the fulfilment of the various maintenance/calibration plans and activities
• Establish and maintain a professional spare part management system with a high availability and minimum costs
• Introduce a professional reporting system for KPI’s related to the equipment
• Focus on constantly improving the injection molding processes and its changeovers
• Set up of an in house tooling workshop
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in similar equipment engineer position, gained in a manufacturing enterprise field at least 3-5 years
• Experience in network to local machine and tooling suppliers and knowledge of most important suppliers Arburg, Engel, Komax, TSK.
• Romanian, Russian- advanced, English – at least intermediate (all documents, correspondence will be in English), GERMAN - advantage
• Technical education or other relevant studies
• Open minded, PC literate, energetic and motivated individual
