A hard working, responsible (showing good judgment and able to be trusted), ambitious, self-motivated, big-picture thinker and business oriented person is required to fill in the position of Assistant to the General Director who will also be responsible for managing import/export operations at an international company, with a branch office in Chisinau.
Duties:
Providing administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, travel reservations, ordering office supplies, traveling abroad to assist the Director, scheduling meetings etc.
You have to:
Understand logistic transactions, processes, and documentation
Fill out import-export documentation
Deal with the demands of overseas and local clients
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience
Effective communication skills and patience, because your Boss is a foreigner
Planning and organizing skills
Ability to quickly enough learn company business systems; good computer skills.
Ability to use initiative and work independently whilst providing continuous & current feedback
Problem solving ability
A team player who is also able to work alone
Ability to consistently meet deadlines
Aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in an international trade industry will be an advantage
Good knowledge of Rus/Rom/Eng languages both written & spoken
