Assistant Marketing Manager / Social Media Administrator
Current duties include:
Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for successful day-to-day marketing activity and management of social media sites.
• To assist the Marketing Manager in coordinating all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
• To use and and manage social media sites viewed publicly online include Facebook, Odnoklassniki, Twitter and YouTube and others to promote businesses and products of the company.
• To create (write) marketing messages and articles, advertising texts, etc. in Romanian, Russian and English. To make correspondent translations.
• To create, approve and implement social media campaigns, new marketing ideas,etc.
• To keep abreast and provide an understanding of all company’s products, including product launches, digital marketing projects and objectives, as well as updates from the media and press.
Employee Specifications:
• Experience in marketing at least for 2 years;
• Experience in social media (blogs, video, forums, Twitter and Facebook) at least for 1-2 years;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Romanian and Russian;
• University degree, ideally in Communications or Marketing or equivalent experience;
Skills required:
• strong creative, artistic, imaginative, innovative skills, a keen understanding of social marketing, and a deep understanding of how digital media can be used to drive better customer engagement.
• ability to create content, build internal relationships and execute at a world-class level.
• proven teamwork skills.
