ASSISTANT MANAGER

Duties and responsibilities:
- Assisting the manager in his daily tasks;
- Arranging conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for managing director;
- Composing, typing, and distributing meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports;
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of their manager;
- Managing projects and contributing to committee and team work;
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Using various computer packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

Education and skills required:
- University Degree
- Excellency in Romanian, English and Russian required
- Good organization skills
- Good time management
- Good communications skills, written and verbal
- Discretion
- Confidence with IT and computer packages
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- An ability to stay calm and tactful under pressure
- Self motivation and purposefulness
- A bright and positive attitude and kindness
- Intellectual brilliance
