Moving company is looking for Assistant Customer Service Manager with excellent command of English language, ready to join our team of specialists.
Requirements:
- Advanced level of written and spoken English;
- Intermediate level of spoken Russian;
- Previous customer service experience abroad;
- Excellent business communication and problem solving skills;
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, claimants, vendors;
- Ability to interpret company’s policies and determine coverage in complex claims situations;
- Willingness to commit to a long-term responsibility;
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as strong leadership qualities;
- Organization and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- To control Customer Support Agents’ work quality including calls, e-mails and accuracy in estimates to potential customers;
- To evaluate performance of Customer Support Agents;
- To ensure the Customer Support Team regularly applies established standards, produces accurate and timely work products, and effectively handles expected workloads;
- To serve as a resource to staff and others for information and guidance in using the claims system and for making proper and timely claims decisions;
- To manage directly complex claims involving liability concerns;
- To identify the clients’ needs and to offer the adequate solutions using individual approach.
