AREA SALES RESPONSIBLE, TIRE BUSINESS
Purpose of position
Execute and secure the assigned tire business together with Country Manager by achieving
objectives in term of Net Sales, units, market share and gross profit.
Active participation in creating distribution & pricing policy together with Country Manager.
Developing relationship with customers and reacting on market changes.
Responsabilities
Proposing sales conditions for marketing campaigns, on all brands supplied to the assigned customers, according to market requirements and competitive standing.
Identify for new sales opportnities/customer development in the areas.
Act and prevent to avoid customer dissatisfaction and make sure the customer will have the best service by understanding their specific needs.
Agree and follow up on marketing plans within the territory and assigned customers.
Propose Credit limit for assigned customers and follow up and acts on past dues.
Intelligence on competitive, tire and automotive developments
Knowledge & Skills
Skills REQUIRED: Good business judgment; Negotiating; Planning; Organized; Presentation skills; Knowledge of products and their application; English speaking; Local language; Basic computer knowledge; Dynamic; self-motivated; dedicated and loyal; high working capacity; ability to work under pressure; effective work relationship with others; ability to work alone and/or in a team; Open to change and learning; communication skills; ready to travel; focus on customers
