HR-Consulting is a recruitment agency with more than 20 years in business. We are currently looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of the Area Sales Manager
Company Overview: International retail company with over 27 stores located in Moldova.

AREA SALES MANAGER


Position overview: This position is directly subordinated to Country Manager in Moldova and the CEO of the group in Romania.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Submit and collect documents from local authorities, the Tax Inspectorate, Fire, Police, Sanepid, and other public entities in the name of the company;
• In exceptional cases, will perform inventory at store under existing procedure
• Preparing store opening, receiving goods, shelf placement, merchandise on the shelves in retail space and warehouse, etc.
• Coordinate the store in case of absence the store manager in accordance with existing procedures;
• Distribution of brochures in areas not covered by separate teams through a distributor;
• Evaluation spot or video the activity in the stores;
• Staff management from stores;
• Presentation reports referring the activity and optimizations.
• Market research reports,
• Supervision of staff after training and correct any mistakes; competitive analysis.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Similar experience in sales, preferably - retail segment
• Higher education in Business, Management or any similar field
• Proven success in budgeting, staff management, reporting, working experience having a warehouse of goods
• English, Romanian, Russian- advanced
• Multitasking, active, ability for business trips in Moldova regions and Romania
• Mandatory, driving experience, B category
