Amazon OA / Wholesale Specialist

REQUIREMENTS:

Sourcing profitable product leads using tools like Keepa, SellerAmp, and other analysis platforms
Calculating key profitability metrics including ROI, net margin, and break-even points
Pricing strategy implementation and working with repricers to win and maintain the Buy Box
Communicating and negotiating with online retailers and wholesale suppliers
Placing and managing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving order-related issues
Coordinating with prep centers to ensure smooth operations
In the future — hiring, training, and managing a team of product researchers

WOULD BE A PLUS:

Experience sourcing wholesale suppliers with LOAs (Letters of Authorization).
Team management experience, especially with remote product researchers.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Online Arbitrage (OA) or Wholesale
Strong skills in product analysis using Keepa, SellerAmp, and similar tools.
Experience managing newly created Amazon seller accounts
Solid understanding of FBA fees, Amazon commission structures, and profitability metrics (ROI, net margin, break-even)
Proficiency in Sellerboard or similar profit tracking systems
Experience with repricing tools and Buy Box strategy
Strong negotiation skills, experience in order management, logistics, and issue resolution
Ability to document and optimize operational processes
