AI/LLM Engineer

As part of our growth, we are now looking for a talented Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team and play a key role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business-focused models based on LLMs.
- Build AI chatbots and assistants, including those using STT, TTS, avatar-generation services.
- Create AI-powered tools to automate routine processes such as guiding, planning, and data collection.
- Enhance system architecture with RAG.
- Develop and implement ML/DL algorithms for predictive analytics and identifying new segments of interest (audiences, markets, territories, etc.).
- Apply state-of-the-art methods in neural networks, NLP, computer vision, and other AI domains.
- Collaborate closely with the development team, including English- and Russian-speaking colleagues, to integrate AI into company products and solutions.
- Evaluate model performance and optimize algorithms for maximum efficiency.
- Participate in research projects and experiments to explore new AI opportunities.

Requirements:
- Degree in mathematics, computer science, or equivalent experience. Solid knowledge of linear algebra, statistics, and probability (at least 3rd-year university level).
- Conversational English is required.
- Strong interest in AI solutions and methods, with enthusiasm for continuous learning.
- Experience with ML/DL libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
- Experience with cloud computing and large datasets is an advantage.
- Collaborative mindset — the ability to be a true team player.
