Agrilending Trainer (Georgia)

Duty station: Tbilisi (Georgia)
Job responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development and expansion of agrilending activities at credit organizations and banks
• Provide theoretical and on-the-job training to lending staff on various financial products for agricultural entities (including architecture, advantages and disadvantages)
• Provide training on investment loan appraisal and associated risks
• Assist in credit risk analysis and treatment of agro-enterprises
• Participate in the development of adequate lending policies & procedures
• Provide support in the development and streamlining of effective rural lending procedures
• Draw up reports and analyses
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in agrilending and practical knowledge in developing and operation of agrilending activities at financial institutions
• Solid track record in developing and implementing agrilending products, procedures and policies
• Practical work experience in emerging markets preferable
• Good communication, presentation, analytical and reporting skills
• Fluency in English, good knowledge of Russian is an asset
• Ability to learn fast, self-confident, a team player
