We are seeking a reliable and proactive After-hours Dispatcher to join our team at Tirus Inc., a customer-focused trucking company specializing in refrigerated transportation services. We pride ourselves on maintaining smooth 24/7 operations and are looking for someone to support our growing team in a remote capacity, with hours primarily during evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages during after-hours.
- Dispatch drivers promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor schedules, routes, and job statuses.
- Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Document all communications and ensure smooth shift transition.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in dispatch, customer service, or logistics preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and make the correct decisions.
- Knowledge/experience of using scheduling and dispatch software (training will be provided).
- Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays shifts.
