Your responsibilities:

Manage calls from Drivers and Brokers after hours, offering solutions or direction
Provide timely updates and solve issues related to operations, including loading/unloading, routing, and more
Work night shifts Mon-Fri, 24:00-8:00, 08:00-16:00

Requirements:

Must be proficient in English
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Experienced in dispatch (preferred)
Ready for night shift work in a fast-paced setting
