Key Responsibilities:

-Provide remote assistance to resolve operational issues and respond to inquiries
-Communicate clearly and professionally, demonstrating strong English proficiency
-Guide team members and partners through complex or time-sensitive situations
-Accurately document interactions, actions taken, and resolutions for internal records

Requirements:

-Fluent English skills with clear and effective communication
-Ability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure
-Minimum 1 year of experience in After-Hours support or a similar role
-Availability to work Monday to Friday, 12:00 AM – 5:00 AM (Moldova Time)
