Affiliate manager

On behalf of our client, fast growing financial company, specialising in Forex industry, looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Affiliate manager, based in Chisinau.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit new Affiliates (for new and existing markets)
- Develop and maintain existing relations with Affiliates
- Being responsible for negotiation with new affiliates and closing agreements
- Being responsible for managing and analyzing affiliates on a daily basis for better affiliate optimization
- Stay up-to-date with financial market events, news and developments
- Continuous business development and market research.
- Brainstorm, suggest and implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities, and increase ROI
- Provide solutions and assistance to partners and motivate them to provide maximum exposure and revenues

REQUIRMENTS AND SKILLS:
- At least 2 years of proven experience from the online trading industry.
- Knowledge of the global affiliate marketing industry.
- Strong people skills
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- PR skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Strong Microsoft office knowledge
- Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in affiliate implementation
- An understanding of Affiliate Commission Schemes
