Advertising Manager

Media Manager – Advertising Sales & Newspaper Production Coordination
Full-time • Remote • 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (New York Time)

Company: a U.S.-based media organization with 33 years in the industry

Responsibilities:
- Active sales of advertising space and promotional services (Russian-speaking audience in the U.S., and American audiences)
- Research, outreach, and development of long-term relationships with advertisers
- Managing the client database, handling correspondence, and conducting calls (WhatsApp, phone, email)
- Coordinating the production of the newspaper, including:
- Collecting materials from clients and contributors
- Managing layout approvals with advertisers
- Communicating with the editorial team and designers
- Light administrative support (basic spreadsheets, sales reports)

Requirements:
- Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in sales (preferably advertising, services, B2B, or media)
- Strong computer literacy: email, messengers, basic spreadsheets
- Responsibility, self-organization, and ability to follow processes
- A laptop/PC and stable internet connection

Compensation & Conditions:
- Base salary: $1,000 per month
- Bonus for meeting the monthly plan: $500
- Additional commission on sales (no cap)
- Total monthly income when meeting the plan: around $2,000
- Product training and sales scripts provided
- Long-term cooperation for successful performers
