Administrative Assistant
One of the world’s leading research-focused healthcare groups is seeking for experienced Administrative assistant.
The Administrative assistant main tasks are: Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage/ Managing inventory of assets and supplies, monitoring critical level of stocks, sourcing for suppliers and submitting invoice(s)/ Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems/ Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities/ Preparing business correspondence (often using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation computer software)/ Managing Files/ Research and the identification of key data sources/ Performing multifaceted general office support/ Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials/ Translating documentation Romania-Russian-English and vs/ All Day-to-day operation matters.
Requirements: licensed in economics or legal fields, with at least three years working experience at Administrative Assistant position / strong interpersonal and communication skills, well organized, energetic and entrepreneurial, proactive, self-motivated to build a long term successful career. Fluent English and Romanian languages skills are mandatory.
