PoliLingua Ltd. is a UK-based company that provides a full array of language support services: translation, interpretation, multicultural marketing, website globalization, subtitling, and voiceovers.
We are seeking an administrative assistant / office manager to oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the Chisinau, Moldova office.
Responsibilities: experience, knowledge:
CV screening and interview scheduling
Managing and maintaining employee records and related administrative documentation
Preparing monthly timesheets for accounting
Managing electronic and physical filing systems
Maintaining office inventory and coordinating with vendors for regular supplies
Monitoring and reporting all office and administrative expenses
Keep track of all professional membership’s expiry and coordinate with the finance manager about renewal payments
Organising regular corporate events
Planning 2-3 team building events per year
Miscellaneous support to the CEO whenever required
Requirements:
Knowledge of the English language at the communication and writing level
Outgoing and cheerful personality
Coordination, planning, and organisation skills
Computer skills (MS Office, Browsers, fast typing)
