one of largest auto insurance brokers from East Coast is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant in Bucharest Office or work remotely from home .
Responsibilities:
-Provides full administrative support
-Manages correspondence by phone/email/sms with company clients.
-Administrative support to sales team
Requirements:
- Excellent English written skills required .
- Good computer skills, excellent knowledge of office applications
- Previous experience on a similar position can be an advantage- Previous work in IT Computer field is an advantage.
Work schedule after 4 PM Romanian/Moldovian time .
