Accounts receivables assistant

AI-EMEA is a Payroll and HR Administration outsourcing company operating in Southern Europe and the Mediterranean countries.

We are looking for young and energetic candidate for the position of the Accounts Receivables assistant. This is the junior level position, which will be the part of our finance team.

Location: Chisinau (Moldova)
Employment type: Permanent
Occupation: full time (100%)
Responsibilities:
• Track the open client invoices,
• Contact the clients regarding their outstanding invoices
• Other ad-hoc assisting the Finance manager
Job requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance;
• English language – advanced level is a must;
• Self motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently;
• Well developed analytical abilities;
• Strong communication skills;
• Computer proficiency is required (Excel – advance level);
