Accounting Specialist

What we require:

Proven experience as an accountant (minimum 1 year, preferably in logistics or dispatch industries).
Proficiency in English (oral and written).
Strong knowledge of US accounting standards and tax regulations.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Your responsibilities:

Manage daily financial operations, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Ensure compliance with accounting and tax laws.
Process payroll and handle tax-related tasks.
Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure seamless financial operations.

Work schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight (in office).
