Responsibilities:
- Manage and record financial transactions related to U.S. transportation operations
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, invoicing, and account reconciliation
- Process payments, verify financial data, and maintain accurate records
- Assist in preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and partners

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting within the U.S. transportation industry
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory)
- Fluent English (B2 level required) for professional communication
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Office-based position – physical presence required (no remote work)
