Accounting Specialist – Trucking Company (USA-Based Operations)

We are a U.S.-based trucking company looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with QuickBooks, U.S. banking systems, and factoring companies.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations.
Record and categorize all expenses, driver settlements, and company income.
Handle QuickBooks entries, bank reconciliations, and payment tracking.
Communicate with brokers, banks, and factoring companies.
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial records.

Requirements:
Experience in accounting (preferably in the U.S. trucking industry).
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
Knowledge of U.S. banking and factoring processes.
Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
Attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.
