About us:
We are an asset-based trucking company operating across the United States, managing a fleet of over 200 trucks.
As our operations continue to expand, we are looking for talented professionals to join our Moldovan accounting team.
Position Overview:
The Accounting Specialist will manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, perform data entry, and assist with collections.
You will communicate directly with U.S. customers via calls and messages, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all financial records.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Strong English communication skills are essential for clear correspondence with U.S. customers.
Office presence is required. This is not a remote position.
Working hours are from 15:00 - 00:00 Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
Process customer and vendor invoices accurately and on time
Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Monitor and follow up on overdue payments
Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and accounting software
Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports for management
Requirements
Proficient English (spoken and written)
Strong PC skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Previous experience in accounting or finance preferred
Familiarity with accounting or dispatch software is a plus
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
