ACCOUNTANT

Responsible for managing multiple client engagements and supporting the development of accounting practice in Baker Tilly Moldova.

Requirements:
- University degree with Economics major, preferable in Finance/Accounting;
- Min.2 years of relevant experience;
- Computer profiency and experience working with accounting software;
- Excellent command of Romanian and English - both speaking and writing;
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records;
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable);
- Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs (SAP);
- Compile data and prepare a variety of reports;
- Investigates questionable data.
