Job purpose and key deliverables
Support the Company’s mission, vision, values and goals in the performance of daily activities. Ensure the cash-movement, reconciliation of accounts, tax pay.
Principal accountabilities:
Check payments documents related to Marketing Department on correspondence to accounting standards, tax legislation and Company policies & procedures.
Create Purchase Orders related to Marketing Department.
Master data for vendors / customers / employee maintenance (eflow request).
Assets accounting, amortisation-requests, checks, reconciliations.
Reconciliation of debtors / creditors accounts.
Control collection of Acts of completion and VAT and reconcile balances with suppliers.
Petrol recordkeeping according to waybill in the System.
Monitoring of contracts
Essential requirements
University degree
Detailed knowledge of accounting procedures. Knowledge of SAP system
Excellent computer skills
Good analytical skills
Delivery of multiple tasks
Fluency in Local language, English knowledge
Desirable requirements
Good English / Russian language
Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
Practical experience with SAP
