Accountant (Moldova | US Logistics Company)

We are hiring a dedicated Accountant in Moldova to support a growing US-based logistics company. This role is ideal for a disciplined professional who values structure, accuracy, and long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily accounting operations:
Invoicing (US clients)
Accounts payable & receivable
Bank and system reconciliations
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensuring compliance with US accounting standards (GAAP) and basic tax requirements
Payroll processing and tax-related documentation
Close collaboration with dispatch and operations teams

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
(Experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or US companies is a strong advantage)
English level: Intermediate or higher (written & spoken)
Basic to solid understanding of US accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
Reliable, responsible, and comfortable working with deadlines

Work Schedule:
3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight (Moldova time)
In-office position (Chișinău)
