US Software Solutions is looking for an Accountant Specialist who will manage our company’s accounting operations, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities:

Processing invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions;
Performing bank reconciliations and reconciling general ledger accounts;
Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and month-end closing processes;
Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping of financial transactions;
Collecting, verifying, and entering payroll data into the payroll system;
Calculating salaries, taxes, contributions, and other deductions according to tax legislation and individual employment contracts;
Providing support to employees in clarifying payroll, tax, and deduction-related matters;
Meeting legal deadlines and internal company policy requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics related fields is a must;
Prior experience in accounting preferred;
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change;
General understanding of accounting practices and principles;
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).
