Accountant position

Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience as a controller/chief of accountant
• University Degree
• Excellent English
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good working knowledge of Bookkeeping system (1C)
• Experience with Moldovan internet banking systems
• CPA
• US GAAP - advantage
• Experience in multination company – advantage

Responsibilities:
This Controller position will prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards in both US and local GAAP. The Controller will also develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, prepare periodic variance reports, and recommend, develop, or maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
The Controller position will also coordinate the audit of the financial statements with the external auditors. The position will also assist in the preparation of the required tax returns.
