Key Responsibilities

Record and manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping transactions
Handle invoices, payments, and receipts, and assist with account reconciliations
Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
Ensure proper documentation and accurate financial records, including audit support
Work closely with the finance team on daily tasks and process enhancements
Learn internal processes and gradually take ownership of more advanced accounting duties

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory)
At least 1 year of experience in accounting or a related financial role
Proficiency in Excel
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and eagerness to learn
Ability to follow procedures, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies
