A Dutch company is seeking for the perfect candidate for the following position:
Account manager
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have:
- Romanian, English and Russian language skills;
- university degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management - preferable)
- work experience;
- honest, hard-working, self-confident and friendly personal profile;
- customer oriented attitude;
- possession of very good social, commercial and communicative skills;
- flexible and positive working attitude;
- enthusiasm for learning new things;
- able to work independently;
- basic computer knowledge;
Job description
The Account manager is expected to:
- accept customer's orders related to companies' products and services via e-mail and phone and solve customer's inquiries;
-managing the existing active orders of de client;
-orders setup, putting in production and controlling the work
-communication between clients-office-production
- provide first level solutions;
- prepare de documents and bring them in order for the expertise and customs procedures
-customs procedures control
-transport planning regarding the collecting and delivering of the goods
-raw materials order, negotiations with suppliers and control of the used materials
-learning and using the new system of controlling the materials, be present at the implementation process
