A leading Qatar-based food export company is searching for a representative/assistant for a full-time position both remotely and at the company’s office in Chisinau.
The Role
Candidate will be actively involved in the coordination and management of all documents related process. This includes and is not limited to frequent interactions with the Chamber of Commerce, Embassies, other authorities & Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Location - Remote/Office in Chisinau
Your responsibilities:
- handling, controlling and managing all documentation;
- handling administrative tasks in a timely manner;
- following invoicing procedures and signing contracts with clients;
- working Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.
Your competencies:
- Good command of English language (both written and spoken);
- good computer literacy;
- advanced business communication skills;
- ability to meet deadlines;
- good time management skills;
- ability to operate within an international team environment;
- freshly graduated are preferred;
- a flexible and positive mindset.
