Dispatcher needed

We are looking for over the road dispatchers

Candidate requirements:

Advanced English level, both verbal and written
Great communicational and negotiation skills
Proficiency with MS Office and Google products
Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations
Availability to work night shifts Mon-Fri 14:00-24:00

General Duties:

- Booking freight and developing relationships with brokers and customers
- Staying up to date on freight trends
- Soliciting new shippers to gain direct freight
- Pre-planning your assigned drivers and tacking their daily moves
- Inputting rate confirmations into dispatch software

Salary depends on your experience from 0.8% to 1.5% of gross
