Business Drive Solutions is an international fast growing BPO services provider located in Moldova and is currently looking for talented English speaking enthusiasts to join our team.
Location: Moldova, Chisinau
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance over the phone – inbound/outbound calls,
- Preserve excellent relationship with truckers and fleet owners,
- Direct and dispatch product movements with professional efficiency,
- Consider predicted and real-time scenarios to keep routes efficient and productive,
- Schedule, plan and confirm deliveries,
- Use online tracking system to keep an eye on trucks and goods,
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with shipments,

Requirements:
- Upper Intermediate to advanced English level,
- Highly developed communication skills, attention, punctuality and responsibility,
- Ability to multitask,
- Be available for evening shifts (14:00 - 22:00 local time),
- Work and travel experience is an advantage,
- Previous dispatching experience is an advantage.
